Lismore Richmond Rovers Soccer Club Inc. is situated at East Lismore, Northern New South Wales - on the corner of College Street and Oakley Avenue.
There are two senior fields for teams from Grades 10 to senior Men and Ladies, also four junior fields for Grades 6 to 9s. Rovers generally register up to 40 teams per year - 6 men and 4 ladies in 2006. Junior boys and men play Saturdays , ladies and girls teams on Sundays.
In 2007/2008, lights were installed on the Bill Harris Field (E2) and Council is renovating the field in the off season
Rovers won the Club Championship again in 2008, previously having won it in 1996, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2003 and 2004, and 2006. This is the coveted trophy of the Football Far North Coast soccer season vied for by more than twenty senior clubs.
Our Senior Mens Teams - Premier, Premier Reserve, Seconds and Thirds all again took out the 2008 Major and Minor Pointscore trophies, with thrilling Grand Finals in all grades.
Rovers club was nominated by Football Far North Coast for the Lismore City Council's Sports Club of the yearaward to be announced on Australia Day, 26th January.
Our two-story Club house (picture below) was commenced in 1986 and the second floor completed in 1989. Further paving renovations are happening in the off season of 2008/2009..
